By accessing and using File Beam (filebeam.pro), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Service description

File Beam is a free web-based file sharing service that allows users to upload files and share them with others using a unique 4-digit code. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

2. File storage and deletion

All files uploaded to File Beam are temporary. Files are automatically and permanently deleted every day at 00:00 UTC (midnight). We do not guarantee file availability for any specific duration. Users should not rely on File Beam as a storage or backup solution.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use File Beam to upload, share, or distribute:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or patents of others
• Malware, viruses, trojans, or any other malicious software
• Content that exploits minors in any way
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials

We reserve the right to remove any content and block access to users who violate these terms without prior notice.

4. File size limits

Users may upload up to 10 files per code, with each file not exceeding 50 MB in size. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

5. No account required

File Beam does not require user registration or accounts. The service is accessible to anyone with a web browser and internet connection.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle data. In summary: we do not collect personal information, we only use Google Analytics and Google AdSense as third-party services, and all files are deleted daily at 00:00 UTC.

7. Intellectual property

The File Beam name, logo, and website design are the property of File Beam. Users retain full ownership of the files they upload. By uploading files, you confirm that you have the right to share those files.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

File Beam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability of the service. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Files will be available for the full 24-hour period
• The service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, File Beam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless File Beam and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
